Deborah McNelis is an early brain development specialist passionately empowering parents with critical information, while sensitive to information overload and busy schedules. She is the award-winning author of the unique and beautiful Neuro-Nurturing® Interaction series of pocket /purse sized brain development interaction packets (in English or Spanish) and Naturally Developing Young Brains. She has also collaborated with Redleaf Press publishers to create packets on balancing stimulation and making transitions with the brain in mind. And is the creator of The Neuro-Nurturing® Circle of Potential Model. 

McNelis's pioneering work to create a clear understanding of the experiences children need and deserve is profiled regularly in a wide range of media platforms including radio shows, books and periodicals.  Her resume of presentations for professional conferences includes: The National Association for the Education of Young Children, The National Family Literacy Conference, The International Nanny Conference, Parenting 2.0 International Summits and keynotes for The Poverty Conference at the Medical College of WI and The Helen Bader Foundation. She also conducts corporate workshops with clients such as Kohl’s and Kimberly Clark. 

Deborah loves traveling, meeting people and sharing insights with others who care about making a positive difference. She is originally from Minnesota and currently resides in Hartland, Wisconsin.
